About Kelly

My mission is to get you on a mat doing yoga somewhere or somehow. I truly believe that yoga can be for anyone at any age.

There will be no Oming or chanting in my classes just straight up alignment and scientific biomechanics based movement to help you feel great in your everyday life. Your body will feel amazing when it is working together and thats what I teach you. Every class I teach will be different we use props as silent teachers to awaken the body and you will always leave feeling relaxed

Do you want to understand how your posture relates to your health? How sitting at a desk is as bad as smoking? How practising Alignment and Strengthening based yoga can overcome injuries, prevent problems from sitting at a desk every day, you will learn tools to feel less stressed and more in control at work and sleep better.

The Retreat

Escape to Oastbrook’s Yoga Retreat

Join us at Oastbrook Estate Vineyard for an intimate yoga retreat nestled in the vines and on the grounds.

The site has been exclusively reserved for the retreat with the six bell tents and two tipi’s available for sharing (two people) or single occupancy.

All meals will be provided and cooked by our vegan chef. There will be yoga classes in the morning and evening.

A day excursion to Camber Sands, Wine Tasting and Tour, Walks to Bodiam Castle.
