My mission is to get you on a mat doing yoga somewhere or somehow. I truly believe that yoga can be for anyone at any age.
There will be no Oming or chanting in my classes just straight up alignment and scientific biomechanics based movement to help you feel great in your everyday life. Your body will feel amazing when it is working together and thats what I teach you. Every class I teach will be different we use props as silent teachers to awaken the body and you will always leave feeling relaxed
